Why AtlasVoice

Audio your readers will actually use

A listen button only helps if it sounds good, starts fast and works for everyone.

Starts playing in seconds

The first part plays almost at once while the rest of the article is prepared, so nobody waits for a long post. Then it's saved as an MP3, and the next reader gets it instantly.

47 languages

Including regional voices like British English and Mexican Spanish. It also works with WPML, Polylang, GTranslate and TranslatePress.

More accessible

Readers with low vision, dyslexia or tired eyes can listen instead of struggling to read.

Pronunciation you control

Teach it brand names, acronyms and local words once, and every post says them right.

See who listens

Listening analytics show which posts people play, and for how long.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is AtlasVoice really free?

Yes. The WordPress plugin is free on WordPress.org and includes a natural voice for 100,000 characters a month. Pro adds every voice and removes the limit.

Where is the audio stored?

On your own site, as an MP3 file. Pro can also back it up to Google Cloud Storage.

Which languages are supported?

47 languages and regional variants, from English (US and UK) and Spanish (Spain and Mexico) to Arabic, Hindi, Bengali and Urdu. Each one has its own page with samples.

Do I need an API key?

Not for AtlasVoice voices. You only need your own key if you choose Google Cloud, ElevenLabs or OpenAI voices, which that provider bills you for.

Can I use it without WordPress?

Yes. The AtlasVoice API gives any website or app the same voices, with 100,000 free characters a month.

Will it slow down my site?

No. The player loads only on pages that use it, and the audio is served as a normal MP3 file that starts loading only when someone presses play.
